These foam guys are by a dutch artist named Folkert de Jong. His show is called Les Saltimbanques and is at James Cohan Gallery, also on 26th.

Even though they forgot to replace the "s" with a "z", I'm still pretty sure whoever did this "Street Art" is da bomb.
